Every Thing That Hath Breath

Psalm 150 Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness. Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.

This Psalm tells us where to praise the Lord, a reason to praise the Lord, how to praise the Lord, and who should praise the Lord.

Where: In His sanctuary and in the firmament of His power.

Reason: For His mighty acts, according to His excellent greatness.

How:  With the trumpet, the psaltery, harp, the timbrel, dance, stringed instruments, organs, loud cymbals, and high sounding cymbals.

Who: Every thing that hath breath.

We need to praise God with everything that we have. With our instruments and our dancing. And all those that have breath must praise the Lord. We have no excuse when the Bible clearly states that we must praise the Lord.
